The Application collects data automatically when you download and use it to ensure smooth functionality and improve user experience:

• Automatically Collected Data: Includes your device’s IP address, operating system version, app usage duration, and system performance metrics.
• Approximate Location Data: General, non-precise location data derived from network info (IP address) to optimize performance and content relevancy. The Application does not collect precise GPS data.

2. Third-Party Services & In-App Purchases

The Application supports in-app purchases processed via Google Play Billing. Financial details are not stored or processed by the Service Provider.

Purchase Records: The Service Provider receives non-sensitive confirmation tokens and purchase status data from Google Play Billing solely to grant, manage, and verify your access to paid features (such as ad removal).

Only aggregated, anonymized data is shared with external services to help analyze performance. The Service Provider may disclose collected information:

• As required by law (e.g., to comply with legal processes or subpoenas);
• When necessary to protect user safety, investigate potential fraud, or safeguard rights;
• To trusted service providers working on their behalf who strictly adhere to this privacy agreement.

4. Opt-Out & Data Retention Policy

You can stop all collection of information by uninstalling the Application through the standard uninstall process on your mobile device.

The Service Provider retains automatically collected and user-provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable period thereafter. To request data deletion, contact merkulofff.dev@gmail.com.

5. Children’s Privacy

The Application is not intended for use by children under the age of 13, and the Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from them. If a child under 13 has provided personal data, it will be deleted immediately upon discovery.

6. Security & Policy Changes

Appropriate procedural, physical, and technical safeguards are used to protect the confidentiality and security of any processed data. This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically, and continued use signifies acceptance of all changes.
